Lucas Koenecke is a respected health, fitness and performance expert specializing in Neurological movement, human potential and positive life change.
While he is well-versed in traditional training modalities—Lucas is a Certified Z-Health Master Trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) , holds a Degree in Exercise Science from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Management from Indiana State University.
Lucas says it best himself, "I am a better athlete today than I was yesterday and I will be a better athlete tomorrow because of my focus on the details that govern my body. With this knowledge and experience, I can teach athletes to make change and notice the details required."
He knows that health—true health—is about learning and choices. He encourages people to look to the cutting edge of neuroscience for proven and intelligent solutions to athletic and performance solutions. Lucas knows that fitness, movement athleticism and health are the result of taking control, creating change and seizing opportunity.
In addition to his desire of continued learning, he has enjoyed a long life of sports. He was a lineman for the UW-Oshkosh Titans and is a national Strongman competitor. He is an amateur triathlete. He also enjoys lacrosse, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, softball, kickball, swimming, biking, baseball, basketball, racquetball, tennis, snowboarding, wakeboarding, etc.
